Fundraising Training
Dakota Medical Foundation supports the High Impact Fundraising Training program through our partnership with the Impact Institute. Fundraising training helps nonprofits learn that the primary key to sustaining funding is implementation of a major gifts funding program that focuses on donor interests rather than the organization's need for dollars. Through several hours of expert consulting, nonprofit staff and board members are educated on how to understand their current donors, package the outcomes of their mission, and meet one-on-one to deliver face-to-face presentations with existing and new donors.
Since 2005, DMF has invested nearly $730,000 to provide fundraising training/consulting services to more than 170 nonprofits. For more information, see Impact Institute's High Impact Fundraising Training.
